Elk Creek Superalloy Materials Project

Elk Creek Superalloy Materials Project

United States

The Elk Creek Superalloy Materials Project is North America’s only niobium / scandium / titanium critical minerals mine and advanced materials manufacturing facility. Located in southeast Nebraska, the Project is the highest grade niobium project in North America, as well as one of the largest prospective producers of scandium in the world. All three of NioCorp's planned products have been named as "critical minerals" by the U.S. Government. The U.S. is currently forced to import 100% of the niobium and scandium it consumes, and 91% of its titanium mineral concentrate.

The Elk Creek Project one of the few pure-play, greenfield critical minerals mines in the U.S. that has a NI-43-101 Feasibility Study completed and has already obtained all key federal, state, and local permits necessary to move to construction.
