Concession of up to 22 airports (executive and commercial aviation - 9 airports with commercial aviation) to expansion, operation, maintenance and exploitation of ancillary revenues. The concession will be made in 2 blocks “Northwest Block” with 13 airports and “Southeast Block” with 9 airports. This airport network has a demand of 2.4 million passengers per annum (pre-covid). The purpose of the concession is to modernize the airport infrastructure to promote regional development in the State of São Paulo. Main investments: adequacy of airstrips; noise mitigation measures; expansion of the passenger terminal, modernization of air navigation equipment, among others. CAPEX breakdown: Modernization and support for the operation: BRL$ 235.4 million (57.4%); Capacity expansion: BRL$ 145.3 million (35.4%); Adjustment to regulation: BRL$ 29.6 million (7.2%).
